Our Sunday Circuit Pilates class have bonded so beautifully and long had an in joke about Hugh Grant’s Dance scene from Love Actually. Having seen the group in action we can say there is no comparison for who are the better movers and groovers – The Transform group of course!!
Teens Christmas Routines
Our tweens and teens will be performing their Christmas routines in the last half hour of their classes during the week of Dec 8,9 and 10. All parents and friends invited by the participants are welcome to attend and applaud their brilliant progress!

Tweens and Teens Intro to Aerial Workshops
We’ll welcome the new year with flips and swings as we open TWO beginner’s intro to aerial workshops over the holidays just before the new term starts. Your child will experience the thrill of flying, and the beauty of balancing and guided relaxations.

It began with the need to know what was happening with the virus near me and around the world. I got into that terrible iPad habit of checking the news every single bedtime. Bedtime didn’t feel like bedtime til I got my news ‘fix’.

Eat Pudding for Charity
What can be better than a homemade pudding for Christmas than a delicious pudding which has helped support cancer research. I did it recently and had such a fun afternoon co-creating this Christmas delight while we raised $600 for charity.
Breathwork Circle – Dec 4
Did you know that Breathwork is a key ingredient to supporting mental health? This is because deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. When you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax.
