We’re so excited to welcome a beautiful new addition to our teaching team—Katya

As we prepare for our upcoming strength classes, we’ve made a few updates to our yoga schedule. We’re now offering two new Hatha Yoga classes with Katya:

 Monday 5:30 PM – Hatha Yoga
Starting May 4 (Followed by Mat Pilates at the slightly later time of 6.45 p.m)

Wednesday 10:45 AM – Hatha Yoga
Starting April 29 (Followed by our new Strength Lunch program starting May 13)

Katya brings over a decade of teaching experience, offering gentle to moderate classes that focus on mindful movement and breath awareness. Her teaching is beautifully influenced by yoga philosophy and the rhythms of nature, creating a grounded and nourishing experience for every student.

She is especially passionate about supporting holistic women’s wellbeing across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Katja is so looking forward to welcoming you into her classes, and we can’t wait for you to experience her calm and thoughtful approach.
