Join us on Feb 13 (2-4pm) for a fantastic workshop to add another layer to your Yoga practice and life by understanding the power of food in balancing meridians & health.

Blending the 5 Elements from Chinese medicine, Food Therapy and the Energetics of food we will be:

  • Connecting with natural & functional foods
  • Understanding how to select ingredients for your elements, conditions & constitution
  • Applying knowledge of the 5 Elements, cycles of mood, emotions & seasonal eating for summer
  • Covering seasonal cooking, cycles & the energetic alchemy of food preparation
  • Creating a relationship with nourishing foods, meridians & organ health
  • Becoming more body-aware about potential detrimental foods & your 5 elements
  • Cultivating health by “balancing life energies”
There will be a short Yin Yoga practice for summer health, so come dressed to move, and bring a note-book & pen.
