Gaby teaches Yoga and Pilates. Gaby will be taking over Tuesday 7.30am Yoga class offering her students a beauitful interlacing of mindfulness and technique.
Bec is taking on Monday 6pm Pilates. A font of positive energy, Bec is also a health and wellbeing coach, a yoga teacher and has been sharing her love of fitness with her students since the 90’s.
Danni teaches aerial and Pilates circuit and will take over Tuesday 7.15pm Pilates circuit. Come and enjoy Danni’s flowing toning moves with her fabulous cardio sets!
