Here’s what’s inspiring Term 1, by expert teacher Jo!

This coming term we will be putting on our lab coats and exploring how yoga directly impacts (positively of course!) our actual, physical bodies. The idea behind this is to support what most of us already know – that yoga keeps us healthy in both mind and body – we will discover exactly HOW!

With lightness of heart, and a fun and inquisitive approach we will look at:

  • The Spine & Nervous system
  • The Lungs & Respiratory system
  • The Heart & Circulatory system
  • The Stomach & Digestive system

We will also include the effect yoga has on our muscles, bones and joints and perhaps learn a little Sanskrit language along the way! – Jo
