Tweens yoga is slated to begin in Term 1. Now ages 8-12yrs can build confidence, self-esteem, focus, balance, strength, and suppleness through age-appropriate yoga activities. Taught by kids specialist instructor and mum of three Pia, this class will run Wednesdays 3.45-4.35pm. Register your interest here. Kids 5-8 will continue Monday and Teens 12+ yoga will continue on Thursdays when school returns.
