So that’s easy! With our Wednesday 6am Pilates and Friday 6am Yoga classes your body will be singing out the door at 7am.

You know you will feel terrific and be so happy you made it but… sometimes it’s just hard to get out of bed. Here are six top tips to ensure you actually get to class.

  • Set Two Alarms, the first as a snooze time, the second which means action. Keep the second alarm away from the bed so you have to get up!
  • Proper Prep – Pack your bag the night before. Lay out your clothes. Find your lost keys.
  • Set another Alarm. This one to get you to bed on time so you get your 8 hours.
    Find A Buddy – Some people feel soley accountable to themselves. But most people will find a booked in buddy helps us feel more accountable so this new habit is more likely to become a success.
  • Ensure those great feelings stick around by writing them down. Stick it on the bathroom mirror an as you do your teeth, read what you wrote last time so the brain body can remember just how good that feeling body felt.
