This balanced practice gives you the best of both worlds:
✨ The first half is an uplifting Hatha yoga flow to move, energize, and build vitality.
✨ The second half is a grounding Yin practice with long-held stretches to release tension, restore balance, and leave you deeply renewed.

 

Perfect for anyone wanting to shake off the heaviness of winter and step into Spring feeling light, strong, and restored.
