On January 7, we’re launching Pilates Circuit classes. And you can come along to one of our new classes for FREE during the first week!

If you have been wanting to boost your strength and cardio fitness, this is the place to be.  Each 45 minute class gives you three sets of 2 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using great low impact moves to make this a workout your joints will love.

 

We will work the upper body using weights and resistance to build strength. The focus through the whole class is on core strength, and we guarantee you will build power in thighs and buttocks too.  

This dynamic 45 minute class performed to the beat of the music will have you flowing and glowing.
