Come join us for this 8 week block where you will learn a range of easy to practice techniques take home to enhance the peace. Easy to practice at home. Establish peace in your in your out would and outer world. You will emerge both relaxed and with a new skill-set to build on from week to week. Thanks to developments in the science of neuroplasticity, we now know the brain we have now, with all its hang ups and imprints doesn’t have to be the brain we have tomorrow. You no longer have to be a hung up hippy! Meditation is an essential ingredient in a busy life; another form of exercise just as important as the gym.
