Reformer Pilates + Cardio
Elevate your regular reformer workouts that will get your heart beating while you build strength and boost your metabolic rate. Your reformer moves will be interspersed with faster segments off the reformer. It’s all designed to get your glowing.
We surveyed you about your preferred timeslots. Now you will see these Reformer Pilates + Cardio classes on our schedule most days of the week. Suitable for all levels.
Our existing Reformer classes in the style you already know and love have been renamed as Reformer Pilates Align. With a keen eye to posture and alignment, enjoy the power, stability, flexibility and buzz reformer gives you in Reformer Align.
NEW: Friday Morning Pilates Mat + Cardio
Join us at 7:15 AM Fridays for an energising start to your day! Suitable for all levels, this 60 minute class is designed to challenge, inspire, and leave you feeling strong and worked out.
During each class there will be several intervals where you’ll feel your heart beating faster. You’ll still be using the props you have come to love. For balance, agility and sculpting try out our Mat Pilates + Cardio class
