By popular demand our Mum & Bubs classes resume Friday Feb 3rd. These classes incorporate yoga stretches to soothe sore shoulders, backs and hips, with Pilates to strengthen all the parts that might be feeling a little soft postnatally. Mums with babies newborn to crawling plus Children 3+ are welcome too.  Prebooking is required and you can come casually any week or join for an 8 week block.
