“I am now a mother of three beautiful little girls. I am privileged and grateful to have lived and breathed yoga through three pregnancies, births and recoveries. I am fascinated by how yoga transformed my own experience of transitioning into motherhood and I am equally passionate about guiding my students through their pregnancies with yoga. My wish for every expectant mother is to be prepared, empowered and at peace during the amazing journey of pregnancy, birth and beyond.”
