Transform Yoga Workshop shoulder Pain

In this 2 1/2 hour workshop we will sweep the entire body with yoga postures, in an explorative way, and being mindful of undue loading on the neck and shoulders in regular yoga poses like downward facing dog, the standing postures, forward bends, twists and back bends.
