What an instant mood lift for us all to awake to sunny blue days after the wettest August in 16 years.
I am loving the Dr Suess influence while collecting blue – yes, see right, blue! – eggs while caring for our neighbour’s chickens.
I love that I have spring cleaned a few rooms and spirited away a big box of toys to support the Dalwood House sale on tomorrow morning, raising funds for their amazing work for local families in stress.
I love my morning cup of T2 white white cocoa tea. (white tea, coconut and cocoa blend) Hmmmm.
I love that we have 3 new classes on our Spring timetable starting Oct 11: yoga, prenatal and booty barre.
I love my yoga breathing practice which feels like my lungs are getting a Spring clean. In class we have been focusing on Spring cleaning our lungs, getting the rust and the dust out of them after the Winter. We are working on enjoying warmer more flexible bodies as the weather warms up as well as sweeping the cobwebs from the brain.
I loved that I was treated to a delightful birthday goddess massage this week from Ruth Marxen, a wise and soulful woman. Thank you so much Ruth!
I love my gorgeous Friday morning yoga students who helped me through a rite of passage last week. You know who you are! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I loved the party we held last week and you will all love the best chicken dinner for feeding a lot of hungry peeps. No less than five people asked me for the recipe, so check it out below.
Happy Spring everybody!
