I cannot tell you what a joy it has been to join your studio. I just love coming to your classes; anything on any day is a treat – you have such a wonderful “way” about you. It’s not just your teaching style, but also the little asides (which sometimes just make the whole experience hilarious – possibly not the outcome you are seeking, but it is so good for the soul). You make me want work at improving my yoga (without any negative self talk).
Bodyart is bliss – the music is so sensual and sensational. That combination of music and movement is revelatory when life seems to offer so little opportunity for that kind of thing. As with handstands, I seemed to have stopped dancing – except at Transform.
