We’re quivering with excitement (and from muscles working out!)  to announce our updated schedule incorporating reformer classes and new weekday and Sunday timeslots coming!

Click the button above to see our expected class schedule as we add new classes and incorporate reformer into our schedule. Late November is an interesting time to launch with the holiday festivities approaching but we are keen to prepare you to enter the silly season a healthy as you can be!

You can also see the new class schedule by clicking forward though the weeks here. You will see due to planned teacher holidays a few classes will launch a little later and we expect to have everything on after Christmas. AND YES!! YOU CAN BOOK IN RIGHT AWAY TOO!!

(By the way, with Christmas already in the air, I thought I would let you know we are closed only on Xmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day. We’ll be fully open for you from Jan 2 onwards.)

Why are we so thrilled to be able to offer this new class to you?

Reformer Pilates is like a FLEXIBILITY class, a MINDFULNESS session, and a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT all in one.

Reformer classes give you a perfect mix of DYNAMISM, FOCUS and CHALLENGE. The moves are interesting and you’ll notice how AGILE AND FRESH you feel after.

It’s ok if you don’t feel BRAVE TO START! You can choose your spring loading to use super supportive settings, or crush it with stronger options.

The machines help CORRECT YOUR POSTURE – The use of spring loading will GLOABALLY STRENGTHEN your whole body. Reformer Pilates doesn’t only target those larger muscle groups, it will also ACTIVATE THE SMALLER STABILISERS. Where there is uneven weakness, you are also able to work unilaterally to correct imbalances.
