Feeling that Winter slump?
The ancient yogis had the answers. Pranayama (yoga breathing) techniques bring vibrancy and put energy in your energetic bank account. They soothe the heart, calm the mind and settle the soul.  In this 2 hour experiential workshop. Participants will enjoy prana building practices and other breathing techniques designed to balance the thoughts and emotions . We will do some particular breath linked to movement yoga, some seated, and other supported reclining practices. Each participant will take away a detailed 10 and 20 minute pranayama home practice.
