2 hour ALL-BODY RELEASE immersion giving your strategies to SUPPORT your physical wellbeing.

We will exploring how the connective tissue binds up creating tightness, soreness and pain. We will use trigger points, myofascial release techniques to SOFTEN and bring COMFORT to your body.

When your body is in balance it’s easier for you to be in balance.

And when you’re in balance, you’ll feel good – maybe better than you have felt in years

You’ll leave this pleasant learning space feeling released with a few LIGHTBULB MOMENTS on how you can easily recreate the releases at home. (We give you the notes!)

These practices unwind your overly ‘wound up’ parts to being better balance to your body. Then you will better enjoy your active life, movement and fitness. (BTW, people often bring their partners along to this one. They don’t have to love yoga or Pilates. If you sense your partner is tight or in pain, bring them!)
