For term 1 the groups will be working on particular areas of their physical bodies – the spine, joints and muscles as well as their organs and their function. They will also investigate some of their systems, from digestion through to nervous systems. With all of these topics of course, the groups will look at the amazing benefits that a regular yoga practice can have on the entire body.
