This workshop will target the yin tissues, ligaments and bones of the hips, thighs and lower back to release any deep tension, stress and stagnation.  As a bonus, each pose massages in to meridian (energy) lines creating health for your inner organs. When space and freedom is created in the hips and groin area emotionally we also allow for a release of old habits and emotions  – creating happy hearts and healthy bodies.

Yin Yoga is a perfect balance for people enjoying active Pilates and yoga practice and other ‘yang’ sports or pastimes. This workshop will target the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. The longer holds will tempt you to feel newly into areas of your body. Besides deeply connecting with your body, you can enjoy feeding fresh energy  to the tissues with this fascinating practice
