How can 10 minutes help me look younger?

Did you know that while the muscles of the body attach to the bones (that’s what makes us move after all), many muscles in the face are quite different – they attach into the skin. As we age muscles generally  get slacker and as the facial muscles slacken, the face falls. (ahem, think of an elderly backside.)

So while yoga and Pilates is keeping the rest of you lifted, our facial muscles need their own ingenious special exercises.  Join us for a fun afternoon to learn how to slow down and reverse the southerly sag. You will take home detailed facial workout instructions and, while it might sound strange, it really IS a workout and I promise your facial muscles will feel different (and even a little sore!) the next day. It‘s proof of the pudding that while we think we use our faces a lot in our day to day expressions, we aren’t fully giving them a work out without this set of special exercises.
