Join us for early morning classes which will boost your BMR and refresh  your brain. Mindful flowing yoga feels just sooooooo good and Pilates will give you that yummy in the tummy feeling that spreads through the whole body. Either class will see you ready to tackle the day ahead.  Beginner’s and more experienced students welcome for a shiny start to the day.

How to book: Three options:, come on your unlimited or taster pass, or be rewarded with a special class launch discount for the 6 week course : 6 week course with 2 week break over Christmas. one class a week at $108 ($18 per class) or both classes per week at $180- $15 each. ) You start any week and you can also come casually at $25 per class.
