We are delighted to welcome Liz to our teaching team. Liz is an experienced yoga therapist and qualified physiotherapist who has been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching yoga internationally for over a decade.

After completing her first yoga training with Simon Borg Olivier and Bianca Machliss of Yoga Synergy, Liz found her passion for combining yoga with physiotherapy early in her 20’s.  She went on to further studies in the tradition of Krishnamacharya’s teachings, with Michael de Manincor in Sydney and Svastha Yoga in India. Liz is also a trained Pilates Level 1-2 teacher and has a Certificate in Acupuncture and shiatsu. Having had the opportunity to work closely with such yoga anatomy experts as Simon Borg Oliver, then Leslie Kaminoff of YogaAnatomy.net, Liz’s Anatomy and Physiology courses and master classes are highly sought after.

Liz has helped people come to yoga where general classes couldn’t meet their needs, allowing them to find balance and regain their confidence. Bringing yoga to people with previous injuries and pain has is one of the most gratifying aspects of her life. Liz’s one on one sessions and group classes are therapeutic and intuitively flowing, using breath-mind connection for transformation.

Liz also teaches yoga for bike riders, bringing together two of her biggest loves, yoga and bikes. Her other passions are aerial silk, travelling in nature and spending time with her young family. We hope you love her classes as much as we do!
