Pilates Circuit with HIIT

This exciting new Pilates workout moves the focus around the body.  Each 45 minute class gives you three sets of two minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) bursts to get your much needed cardio

HIIT offers the best workout in the least amount of time. We have created smart routines that strengthen abs, thighs, arms, back and butt in between the intervals. We use great low impact moves to make this a workout your joints will love and if you want to ramp it up you can.

Burn Fat not Muscle

Not only do you burn more calories during a HIIT event, but the more intense exertion dramatically promotes your body’s repair cycle. That means you burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout than you do after, say, a steady-paced run.

The Pilates segments are performed to the beat of the music. You’ll also be offered the option of sliders, loopbands and other apparatus to increase the intensity and let the workout match your ability.
